Under Settings › Support settings › Messenger › Texts. Leave a field empty to use the default.

Greeting and After sending may run over several lines. The others are one line.
Help site and topics
Section titled “Help site and topics”Two more things on the Messenger home screen come from the General tab:
- Your help site — with Show a link or Send there first, Messenger’s home shows a Help center card that opens your help site. With Don’t show, it doesn’t.
- Topics — when you have topics switched on, visitors pick one before they write. See Topics, fields and files; Messenger and the form share the same topics and fields.
