# Texts

> Every text Messenger shows can be changed. Empty uses the default.

Under **Settings › Support settings › Messenger › Texts**. Leave a field empty to use the default.

| **Title** | Hi, we're *your organization's name* |
| **Greeting** | Ask us anything. We read every message. |
| **Reply time** | We usually reply within a few hours |
| **New conversation button** | Send us a message |
| **Message box hint** | Write your message… |
| **After sending** | Thanks! We've got it. |

**Greeting** and **After sending** may run over several lines. The others are one line.

## Help site and topics

Two more things on the Messenger home screen come from the **General** tab:

- **Your help site** — with **Show a link** or **Send there first**, Messenger's home shows a *Help center* card that opens your help site. With **Don't show**, it doesn't.
- **Topics** — when you have topics switched on, visitors pick one before they write. See [Topics, fields and files](/support/form/topics-and-fields/); Messenger and the form share the same topics and fields.
